Soulja Corleone is also part of the rap groups YBG (Young, Blessed, and Gifted) consisting of L3GEND, CA$H, Yung Rocky, and the KIDD. And, also former rap group The TEAM consisting of Yung Pimpin', Yung Rocky, and CA$H.Soulja Corleone has been actively creating music since the early 2000s. And, in 2003 at the age of 14; he was signed to independent recording label Underground Records, a local recording label out of New Orleans, LA. Under the stage name of Lil' Soulja. In which he later departed from in 2006. Before starting his own independent recording label in 2007 (Street Dreams Inc Music Group) with founding artist CA$H (now known as Jay Hollin), L3GEND, The Kidd (now known as Hollywood), and Yung Rocky.
Street Dreams Inc Music Group has been home to many up, and coming artist from all over the world. Such as Imah X, Panic, 7-Digitz, Lady Seiko, Daze, Jay Cole (Producer), Red Zone 6 (Producer Group), and the rap group M4 Gang.In 2006 he dropped the Lil' from his stage name. And, went by the stage name of Soulja. But, after the hit of Soulja Boy. It became hard for Soulja to separate himself from the comparisons of the famed Soulja Boy. And, in 2010 by accident; he came up with the name Soulja Corleone. And, began going by that as his new stage name. With dawning a new stage name, and the Street Dreams Inc Music Group imprint. Soulja Corleone began to create his empire.
And, in 2010 he debuted his new stage name with his "I am the Present" mixtape. Following that project with his most notable project in 2011. In the form of his "Who is Mildley Woods?" mixtape. With the fanbase gained from these two projects. Soulja Corleone went on to work on his debut album under the Soulja Corleone stage name. Which was released in 2012 as his self produced "Music. Pain." album. But, even with the hype of his previous projects. This debut album did not do well on the charts. Only selling 200 copies as a independent project. Although even with the low numbers of its initial release the album was re-released in 2013 as a free album. And, would go on to be Soulja Corleone's third most downloaded project with 155,000 downloads. Sitting under "Who is Mildley Woods?" mixtape which had at the time 268,000 downloads.
2010's "I am the Present" mixtape is Soulja Corleone's most downloaded project with over a half million dollars to date.As the 2013 year progressed Soulja Corleone turned away working albums, and went back to his known grounds of mixtapes. Releasing the collaborated "Return to the Underground" mixtape with Will Boy (DEMG) as the year transitioned into 2014. Soulja Corleone went into a minor hiatus. Releasing only one full length project with label artist CA$H (now known as Jay Hollin") entitled "Blood Brothers" in the late fall season of 2014 as a sequel project to their 2009 collaboration "Blood Money" mixtape. Soulja Corleone would go on to close 2014 with one more project. This project was entitled as "The Journey" mixtape. Which was released a singled tracks during the months of October, November, and December of 2014.
As 2014 has become 2015. Soulja Corleone made some promises to the fans as he will be working on a new album entitled "Redemption" for the year. Where he sworn away from releasing full length projects to only releasing extended length albums and mixtapes. Although 2015's promised album from Soulja Corleone never dropped, and was assuming scrapped by the artist. In 2016 he made his return to the scene with a new mixtape entitled "He Has Rizen." A 4 track EP produced majority by CashMoneyAP and one track from Skeyez. It was Soulja Corleone assumed return to music.
After the release of "He Has Rizen" it was rumored that Soulja Corleone would be working on another album with cryptic details on his social media page. Using the #13thHour hashtag. Many speculated this was the name of the album following a track from the "He Has Rizen" mixtape entitled "13th Hour Flow." But, as of that hashtag. There was no other word of a upcoming album from Soulja Corleone. To many the album that never came to be started too look like Soulja Corleone's 2014 album "Redemption" which to date still hasn't drop, or been spoken about from Soulja Corleone.
