Fresh off a recently mixtape release Soulja is already back in the studio working on his year ender mixtape. Soulja spoke briefly about the mixtape, and the reason behind its entitlement. Soulja says "I've done pretty well in 2010, I've had alot of beefs, and some epiphanies along my journey. I've resolved a few, and some are still going, but just as those I am too. And, even when I wanted to quit, there were alot of people who kept pushing me. So for them I keep going, and trying to get after this dream. And, if it wasn't for those people I would have never came up with the entitlement of this mixtape. Cause its exactly what it is a gift in the time of giving from me to them. I chose Christmas Eve so it would give me time to work on collaborations with other artist, and give the people something to look forward to in 2011."

Its already been acknowledge that a few songs that didn't make it to the "Black Friday" mixtape will show up on "From Me to You" along with some songs that is to be released on c"I-10 to 985" collaboration mixtape between Soulja and HB.

As the first day of December rolls in, from status updates of Twitter, and Facebook. Soulja is at work on the mixtape as of right now...

Soulja, and Yung Rocky are back at it, working on a track together. Its been a while since we've heard both artist on a track since the release of the infamous "985: The Mixtape" project. Although we've heard Yung Rocky on various collaborations with Soulja such as the "Everywhere (Remix)" track, but not a track where it is just them two.

But, as a short hand replacement. Rocky steps up to the plate, and delivers a hot verse to "Fresher" which was released as one of the snippnets of "I-10 to 985" which is the collaboration mixtape with HB, and Soulja. So due to alot of interruptions going on in HB's personal life. Soulja will not hold the people from hearing the great music, that has been chosen to be part of the mixtape.

Recently Soulja said "I know there is alot going on with HB right now. And, its really hard for him to work on the tracks we chose for the mixtape, but I hate to keep this good music from the ears of the listeners, when I promised them it. So for the time being, some songs will be released with other artist instead of HB, but when everything is good. We will have our versions for the mixtape, its all for the love of the music, and the love of the people."

Early Friday morning Soulja dropped a seem to be diss song towards someone. No names was mentioned, but it seems as someone has made the calm Soulja hostile. Soulja simply said these few words on his facebook page "I hear, and see everything people say. I just never say nothing, but when I speak, I'm suppose to be heard. I'm never gonna gas myself up to be something I'm not. And, hate from people I'm well aware of. So I can handle it."

The track is called "Over Ambitious" or "Ambition" which ever you prefer. What is distinct about this track is Soulja's use of terms in lines like "You ain't 50, I ain't Rule. But, I'll clap back for real" it seems like its really drastic. To hear more of the track check below. In time we'll find out who the track is geared towards.

Soulja is usually one who shy away from the camera at times. But, soon he will be releasing a 15 min DVD of freestyles for the fans. When Soulja first spoke on the idea he said "I really want the people who do pay attention to me, when I make songs, and whatnot to actually see me at my rawest form. Alot of times when I record songs. I can't put everything I want down, so I erase alot or it just doesn't come off as something natural. So I want to compile a short movie of me freestyling, along with me just speaking on my career and ideas. Something reality based on my journey, nothing fiction."

As of now Soulja is filming for the short movie. For a few label mates, they are behind this idea 100% and possibly with do the same. Soulja also said "This is something I think all artist should do for their fans, to show there true artistry. Them at there most varnable time, when they don't have time to write something down, and rehearse it. As a artist practicing my freestlying, or just in the spur of the moment skill is what I think keeps me sharp as a recording artist. Its something that happens natural and spontaneous, and I just hope I'll be able to capture it all on film"

When the short movie will be released has not been announced, but it shall be sometime before the beginning of December.

Since the beginning of 2010 Soulja has been showing the world that his time has come. Coming off the release of his 2009 anticipated "Afterbirth" album. Soulja released a deluxe edition, and a Chopped and Screwed version of the album. Even with the great success of his previous album Soulja was ready to release his follow up "Street Creditability: The Second Coming" album. But, with alot of problems in production, the album did not reach its first announced release date. But, instead of a album Soulja released the now infamous "I am the Present" mixtape on the original date of the album.

Even after the success of his album, and his mixtape. Soulja announced his follow up "I am the Present 2" mixtape with label artist L3GEND, and The Kid. But, that also came to a halt with the acceptation of L3GEND, and the Kid was working with Meta4ical Click on the now available "Hit List" mixtape. Soulja continue pushing through with another release date of his "Street Creditability: The Second Coming" album. And, with more complication on the album, it was announced that it wouldn't reach its release date.

But, as of recently Soulja has been working with FLA artist HB on a new mixtape entitled "I-10 to 935" and the album destine for a early 2011 release date. Along with working on the mixtape with HB. Soulja will be working on a mixtape with Songwriters Inc. And, with the first song being released performed by Misz Redd, the mixtape is in full motion also.

So it seems as Soulja is a busy man, and will continue to give the fans what they been wanting for the last year. Lets hope he does it with the success he's had on his previous projects.

Soulja wrote his verse, and also the chorus of the song. "Live Your Life" is a deep and rich song, just from this snippet you can tell the track is going to be great. Check out the snippet below.

For a few years now Soulja has been working with the infamous Songwriter Inc crew. A group of ghostwriters of some of the hottest songs from unsigned to signed artist. As of now Soulja as officially announced his affiliation and the Songwriter Inc crew has come out the shadows with opening up their own twitter.

For the announcement Soulja contacted songstress Misz Redd for the accompany of the new Songwriters Inc mixtape that will be released, with the song being the first true single of it. Both Soulja and Misz Redd collaborated on the arrangement of the song while Soulja takes credit for the lyrics, and production credit goes to Yung Exclusive.

The song came out a hit when it was released 4 days ago. Hopefully the Songwriters Inc mixtape will not affect Soulja's other works, but only up his work. So expect more from Songwriters Inc & Soulja in the future along with Misz Redd.

The tweet read "Just finished up a track for the upcoming album, my homie J. Cole laced me with gas, I brought the fire." Moments after that tweet hit the time-lines of many followers, Soulja then tweeted "I might not make the October 26 release date or I just might lol, with me you never know, but it really depends on the production, I have the material."

Soulja returns with another version of the already hit famous "Going In" now with SDIMG artist L3GEND featuring the second verse. A version with HB and Big Griff was released earlier this week. Looks like a mega mix maybe coming in the future to feature both SDIMG and CFB artist.

Keep a open ear out for that maybe, sometime in the future, but check out how L3GEND blessed the second verse of "Going In" can't help, but say its banger number 2 for "Going In" while it tears up the charts via Reverbnation.

  • 2:49 AM

Soulja just recently entered his own production for a producer entry. Soulja released the statement "I'm not really a producer, I like to get in the studio, and play around on the boards. No trap music, I like to make laid back beats, mostly R&B, I was feeling this acapella decided to play around with it, and enter. I'm learning more about production, so I can persue the producer tag, and add it to my resume, but music is music, and I love it all, so I got to be in all parts of it."

Question is Soulja becoming a producer, check out the production on the video above.

The relationship between FLA rapper HB and Soulja has grown tremendously. So in the wake of HB and Soulja working on the upcoming "I-10 to 985" mixtape. HB releases his new solo project "Underrated" which  features Soulja on it. So by all means its right that the support is shown for this mixtape. The mixtape also features artist Amoure, Flu, Ace, and Big Griff. Big Griff recently made his second appearance on "Going In" with Soulja and HB for the "I-10 to 985" mixtape.

Soulja has already spoken on working with HB on a second project, that includes the SDIMG and CFB family. The people asked for a new track from Soulja and HB. So this is what they get "Going In" featuring Big Griff. Yes, its the same three who collaborated on "Fed Up" now on another track. It seems its just the tip of the iceberg for "I-10 to 985" mixtape.

  • 2:34 PM
Its been talked about for so long of the release of Soulja's follow-up "Street Credibility: The Second Coming" album, but once again, its been pushed back due to production issues. In the placement of the album, a long awaited mixtape collaboration between Soulja and Florida rapper H.B. will be released. Entitled "I-10 to 985" around the same time frame, that the album was to be released.

Soulja, and H.B have been collaborative before with the track "Fed Up" featuring Amoure, they plan to keep the fire burning with this mixtape, what it may lead into, no one knows until the release of the mixtape. Soulja already announced that H.B is featured on a remake of the street anthem "Everywhere" track. Which has 2 counterpart remixes out already.

When "Street Crediblity: The Second Coming" will be released, that information has been yet to be announced. When asked about it Soulja released this statement "I'm real disappointed that I couldn't release the album on time yet again, disappointing to myself, and I know to my fans, but I want the project to be perfect, and that it will be when it is released."

Let's hope Soulja can get it together, and release his album, but the people will look forward to this mixtape from him, and H.B, and whatever may come out in the future for them.

Its been some interesting years for myself, as long as I've been hustling to get where I'm at now. I never though I'll feel so empty to make something from the dirt that I was handed when I first started. It went from Fly Boy Ent to Street Dreams Inc, and that move was for the better, cause once we switched up we saw how much influenced we had on alot of artist, and labels on this underground level.

But, sometimes its worth taking a moments breath to see what I've accomplished, and to look behind you and not see that the people who started the journey with you, not make it. It is truly hurtful, cause I started off with myself, and my boy Yung Pimpin' then I added on Ca$h followed by 7-Digitz then Seiko, Rocky and L3GEND, then Daze, and J. Cole on da Beat, Leira, then D. LE3. And to see that half of those people named are not even with the team no more, it truly hurts. The family is no more a family we fell apart, and began to call other places home, but I believe what they forgot unlike what I forgot is that home is where it all begun.

That was at the bottom. I'm gonna represent SDIMG until the casket fold on me, and at times I wish I had those kinda riders, and sometimes I believe I do, then at times reality sets in ,and I see different. But, that comes with the game, and being at the bottom is just like being at the top, no where is comfortable for long, and you have to move on to the next place.

Although, I wish I could bring all my team back, and attack the game like it was planned. That's something on God, and the future knows, and for me to await. All I can do is put in work for the label, and still walk in 10 toes down screaming "SDIMG TIL I DIE." That's what it is and that's what its gonna be.

Always wanted a shirt or some kind of merchandise from Soulja or SDIMG. Well it's work in progress at the moment. Already the prototypes designs are being sent into mass production for the upcoming "Signature Soulja Collection" release.

You may ask why or what is the "Signature Soulja Collection" merchandise ? To answer fully its quotes, and designs that were made by Soulja or used in a song. The first to come off the line is from "Everywhere" single featuring Taz. It will be only available in shirt, and black color, in the front it quotes the chorus "I be everywhere, everywhere the trap be, I be everywhere the hood be, Posted on the corner thats where you can find me" and the back shows the "Signature Soulja Collection" logo

The release date of the "I Be Everywhere" shirt is July 30, 2010. After the debut release the continuation of the line will go on sale numbers. Hopefully the line will expand into all the prototype designs that were drawn up. So expect alot from Soulja , and SDIMG in the coming fall, winter season.

Its been without saying that the newly re-born Soulja Corleone was here to stay. With some help from Fly Line Graphiks, its been scheduled in stone, that the Soulja Corleone movement is real. What didn't make it to the cover work of "Street Credibility: The Second Coming" album. Awaits below for your viewing pleasure, for the first time ever.

Like these fan pages, and share them with your friends on Facebook. To Support Soulja, all artist, producers, and promoters signed to Street Dreams Inc Music Group. Lets expand the movement, and let the world know, that our time is now, and forever.

  • 12:55 AM
Its been a known factor in music, that a artist has to have their persona added to the music. So with that in mind, the next couple of tracks will have just that. The persona of the reborn Soulja Corleone, mixed in with the heart of the old Soulja. Its a must see, and listen type of event, cause when it happens. It'll be quick, and painless.

  • 11:45 PM
For future features, there are a few in mind that comes right off the top. And, others that can't be said because of the open availability to work with Soulja is wide.

But, to name a few of the artist, and producers that are on the intermediate list are unsigned artist HB. A mixtape was suppose to be in the works mid last year, but due to so much scheduling on the release of the "Afterbirth" project, and other label artist projects. And, the busy schedules of both artist. The collaborative project never happen, but most definitely something will happen before 2010 is out between Soulja and HB along with Amoure.

  • 11:16 AM
Its been in thought for a while, how the next album was going to be presented to the public. The answer has come in the form of digital distribution. When "Street Credibility: The Second Coming" is released it will be distributed through 3 distributors. All in tides with Street Dreams Inc Music Group, but the album will not just be released in digital form it will also be available in hard copy form. For the people who like to actually hold a album in their hands, and read the booklet that comes along with that.

  • 7:00 PM
If you've heard "Everywhere" the first verse of the song is performed by unsigned artist Taz. He is kind of a new rapper to the game. So during the recording sessions, there was also teaching lessons, breaking down verses, and ways to perform a song while recording.

  • 8:01 PM
