This new album carrying the entitlement of "Redemption" is halfway of being completed. Soulja spoke a little about the project, and where he is mentally while working on it. He says "This album is pretty much the same journey I took people with the previous album. This one is a little more darker than the last one though. Before I started this album I reached a state of mind that kind scared me. Where a lot of the things I feared came to the surface."
He continues by saying "I wrote so many songs from those feelings before I even had thought of making a album. So, with some of the songs be pre-written. I had a format to go on with the production. And, making the beats to this project. Just took me on another journey. But, my main focus is the people who listen to it when it is released, is that much in tune with the music as I am."
Soulja didn't speak on when the project will be released. He did say that he hasn't begun the recording stages, and hasn't reach out for any features. So, features is up in the air at the moment, but we're expecting some of the most collaborated artist in Soulja's discography to return. Which will possibly be Cash, and Will Boy for this project.
