Soulja has been talking about "Return to the Underground" mixtape for a while, and then a setback with the mixtape when the computer that was being the home to the music files crashed, and everything was lost.
But, Soulja did tweet a while back ago, that he found some tracks from the mixtape, and was willing to release them individually to the public. I guess that has changed, and Soulja found purpose to put these tracks out as a complete project for the mixtape.
