Soulja has been in the music game for a while, and with the release of his "Who is Mildley Woods" mixtape he is just starting to get heard. And, at this time Soulja has reached out, and said "I live music, not only my own, but music made by my favorite artist such as Scarface, Z-Ro, 2Pac, and Nas. They have great songs, that will always be my favorites true veterans, but even with being in the game so long, you release music, and songs that people pass over. Its nice to stay relevant, but its even better to be remembered for a song you made tha never gets old. I've had a few of those songs, that people just seemed to pass over. And, I believe it could have been one of my best songs I've recorded. But, thats just how this game goes. Many vets used to say that your only relevant as your latest song, and album. And, I want to break that with "My Best Work" mixtape."

Soulja also went on to say "I need a rest from the game, and pay more attention to those who I've brought on. Its hard to juggle what your working on, and someone else's project. And, I'm not saying that those on the label can't carry their weight, but its my job as the leader to keep everyone pushing. So "My Best Work" maybe the latest, and the last release that people hear from me for a while."

Speaking with Cash, and Yung Rocky about Soulja's attempt to take time off. They simple said "You got to respect it, Soulja works hard on his own projects, and we all ask of something from him when we're working on our projects, and he can never tell us no. So, the time off from recording, and working on solo projects will give him time to work with us closer on ours, and some time to himself to work out personal issues."

The "My Best Work" mixtape will be released Oct. 25, 2011. And, before that it will be "Who is Mildley Woods? (Chopped & Screwed, and Hosted by DJ Marksman)" You can view that article here. Lets hope that Soulja does come back in 2012, and hit the people with something as big as "Who Is Mildley Woods?" again.
